Harmonised Classification and SVHC Proposals
In 2024, Bureau REACH completed and submitted five proposals for harmonised classification and labelling to ECHA.
These concerned four plant protection products and one additional substance. The dossiers for OptiChos, Flocoumafen, Brodifacoum and Inpyrfluxam were prepared in cooperation with experts from the Dutch Board for the Authorisation of Plant Protection Products and Biocides (Ctgb). The dossier for the substance 7-hydroxycitronellal was prepared at request of the European Commission.
In addition, Bureau REACH submitted two proposals for the identification of SVHC: for the substance O,O,O-triphenyl phosphorothioate (TPPT) and for a mixture containing TPPT. These submissions follow an earlier substance evaluation by the Netherlands, which concluded that both TPPT and the mixture meet the PBT criteria.
