The REACH and CLP Helpdesk
This year, Bureau REACH continued to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in meeting their obligations under REACH and CLP.
A total of 525 queries were answered, and the frequently asked questions (FAQs) section on the website was updated.
Bureau REACH also took part in the HELPNET network, together with ECHA and other countries, where complex issues are discussed—often those for which the legislation lacks clear provisions, or which lie at the intersection of REACH/CLP and other regulatory frameworks.
